I/we understand that prior to my/our first couples coaching sessions with Dr. Fraser, she will send us an informed consent document to educate me/us about informed consent, confidentiality, and my/our rights within that couples coaching process. I/we understand that 1/we will have an opportunity to ask questions and clarify the couples coaching process before we begin.

In addition, I/we understand that the information provided by Dr. Cheryl Fraser in the products offered in addition to the couples coaching – including the Become Passion online course, online classes, and other products – is offered as advice, education, and coaching. I understand that my participation in these products in no way implies a psychologist-patient relationship between Dr. Cheryl Fraser and myself, and that the information offered is not a substitute for psychotherapy.
